Informational use only
The Site is provided for general information about Perdition Security Inc. and our cybersecurity consulting services. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, financial, or engagement-specific security advice. The use of this Site does not create a consultant-client relationship.
Engagement terms
All consulting engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work, master services agreement, or equivalent). Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or acceptance of an engagement. Pricing displayed on the Site is indicative and subject to confirmation in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Submit forms with false, misleading, or impersonating information.
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or access the Site outside of normal browser use without our prior written consent.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
