Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Contest Overview: Perdition Security’s Cybersecurity Lottery for Non-profits (“Contest”) offers eligible non-profit organizations a chance to win free Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Scan services. Five winners will be chosen randomly from eligible entries. All participants will receive a discount of up to 50% on these and future services.

2. Eligibility:

  • Open to registered non-profit organizations operating in North America.
  • Organizations must submit the official Non-profit Form available on our website to enter.
  • Entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and all decisions of Perdition Security, which are final and binding in all respects.

3. Contest Period: The Contest begins on Friday November 10th 2023 at 4pm EST and ends on Jan 26 2024 at 5pm EST. Entries submitted outside of the Contest period will not be considered.

4. Entry Procedure:

  • Complete the Non-profit Form on the Perdition Security website.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about your organization.
  • Only one entry per organization is permitted.

5. Prize Details:

  • Five winning organizations will each receive a comprehensive Risk Assessment and Vulnerability Scan service free of charge.
  • All participating organizations will be eligible for a discount of up to 50% on these services.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be announced on Jan 30th 2024 on our website and social media channels.
  • Winners will also be notified via the contact information provided in their entry form.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 2 weeks of the first notification attempt, or if a prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited.

7. General Conditions:

  • Perdition Security reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any problem prevents the Contest from being conducted as planned.
  • Perdition Security is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or theft or destruction of entries.
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Perdition Security and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.

8. Privacy:

  • Information collected from entrants is subject to Perdition Security’s Privacy Policy.
  • Winners agree that their organization’s name and city of operation may be used for promotional purposes by Perdition Security without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Legal Compliance: This Contest is conducted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. By entering the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Perdition Security, which shall be final on all matters relating to the Contest.
